Sri Palai C. K. Ramachandran
Sri Palai C. K. Ramachandran started learning music at the age of eight under Sangeethavidwan Sri Kumarakam Bhaskaramenon. He graduated from Sree Swathi Thirunal College of Music in 1962 and continued his pursuit of musical excellence under the tutelage of the celebrated musician Sangeethakalanidhi Dr Semmangudi Sreenivasa Iyer. Sri Ramachandran has won numerous awards, including the Kerala Sangeetha Nadaka Academy Award, Madras Music Academy Award, Semmangudi Memorial Award and Maharajapuram Santhanam Award, to name a few.
